QualityConversations™:

QualityConversations™ is an innovative, comprehensive closed-loop brand marketing program that delivers top-line results at minimal risk. This is achieved by engaging highly targeted consumers over an extended timeframe with customized messaging delivered across multiple channels and formats, and timed to drive brand conversations with doctors.

Clients can pay per enrolled participant or even per brand discussion generated.

QualityConversations uses a combination of QualityHealth's established components including emails, microsites, mobile messaging, coupons and vouchers, and brand advertising. The program is designed to address clients' brand objectives and category requirements. All aspects of the program: traffic sources, consumer profiles, messages, and offers are measured and optimized to drive brand conversations.

Ask Your Doctor™:

AskYourDoctor™ is a turnkey email program that engages target consumers with scheduled doctors’ appointments to talk to their doctors about a client's brand. It has consistently delivered positive results for QualityHealth clients over the past six years.

AskYourDoctor achieves its goals by being extremely focused on both target audience and timing — that is consumers who meet your target profile and who specifically have doctor appointments scheduled. Each consumer is sent a series of branded emails crafted to encourage an informed discussion between the patient and doctor.

Program content is designed to educate consumers about the merits of different treatment alternatives, deliver any relevant brand resources, and guide productive doctor discussions.

Importantly, clients only pay per enrolled participant.

QualityLeads™:

With a 10-year track record, QualityLeads™ has proven itself as a customer acquisition program that consistently delivers scale, quality, and ROI.

This program is designed to find consumers in a specific therapeutic or product category, profile and select them based on attributes that meet a brand's target, and opt them in to receive communications from the brand. QualityHealth sends the brand all opted-in consumer personally identifiable information (PII) for use in database building, relationship marketing, coupon distribution, co-pay mitigation, or other programs.

Importantly, you only pay per profiled and qualified lead.

QualityReach™:

QualityReach™ includes a suite of highly targeted branding and advertising opportunities that reach consumers across QualityHealth’s network of properties.

All advertising opportunities are health-specific and offer levels of targeting options. Clients can target advertising to consumers based on their health categories of interest or their specific profiles (e.g. age, demographic, health and treatment status, insurance coverage, or other elements in the consumer database profile).

QualityReach programs include Health Center sponsorships, newsletter sponsorships, display advertising, and solo emails. Pricing is based per targeted participant or can be based per action.

Program Modules

Physician Involvement:

The QualityHealth physician involvement module is designed to increase HCP grant rates for consumer requests by delivering messaging to targeted consumers’ doctors in preparation for the consumers’ visits. It is a powerful addition to QualityConversations™ because it coordinates consumer and physician messaging in advance of the doctor visit, and can boost ROI by helping convert brand conversations to a script.

Critical to its success is QualityHealth's ability to match physicians to consumers enrolled in a brand's QualityConversations program. We then engage with the physicians who are about to have visits from patients to maximize the productivity and outcome of those visits. All communications are designed to align consumer and physician messaging and better prepare physicians for branded consumer conversations.

Program pricing is based on the number of physicians reached, with a fixed fee for the physician matching process.

Mobile Engagement:

The QualityHealth mobile engagement module promotes a client's brand while enabling consumers to access targeted and relevant health content on their mobile devices when they are at the point of making a decision.

Target consumers are invited to opt in to the program using QR or short codes displayed on consumer materials such as print advertising, in-store displays, brochures, or in-office materials. We send the consumer an immediate communication via SMS to their mobile device. This could include links to a brand coupon/voucher, brand education piece, or doctor discussion guide, which are delivered as mobile-optimized Web pages.

This program gives QualityHealth the ability to engage consumers while they are making a decision (e.g., while they are waiting for their doctors, or while they are deciding between brands at a retailer) which improves the rate and quality of actions taken.

Program pricing is based on the number of participants engaged in the program.

Social Engagement:

The QualityHealth social engagement module is a non-branded module designed to create a pipeline of user-generated content and patient stories, which boost category and brand engagement, and can increase brand conversion rates.

This module gives clients a way to leverage QualityHealth's active Facebook audience and engage target consumers in a focused discussion about a specific health condition, need, product, or therapeutic category.

Program pricing is based on the number of participants viewing the content.

Through these discussions, participating consumers are also invited to join clients' other QualityHealth programs where appropriate.
