Consumer information is protected from end-to-end

In order to engage consumers, maintain their trust and prioritize relevant content for them, we only gather information that consumers explicitly give to us:

  • We do not collect information about consumers without their knowledge and consent. We collect only data that consumers choose to share with us.
  • Our “profiling” is consumer-initiated and consumer-controlled. Consumers create and update their own profiles by registering with us and then choosing which questions to answer.   • We do not sell consumer data. We keep consumer information secure and we do not share it with any third party unless a consumer explicitly opts in and authorizes us to do so, in order for him or her to obtain content or offers from a specific sponsor.
  • We do not track consumer behavior. We do not engage in implicit or behavioral targeting. Our platform achieves superior marketing results because our consumers explicitly ask to receive the advertiser content that is relevant to them. More on our conversions platform can be found here.

Because of our fundamental commitment to privacy, we participate in the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build users’ trust and confidence in the internet, by promoting the use of fair information practices.
