Rob Rebak, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A 20-year healthcare and interactive marketing industry veteran, Rebak brings a broad range of strategic and operational experiences from Fortune 500 companies to early stage ventures within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, and interactive marketing industries. He joined QualityHealth, the leading performance-based marketing provider to the healthcare industry, in 2009 from ParentingTeensNetwork (PTN), an online publishing and community building platform, where he served as CEO starting in 2007. Prior to PTN, Rebak was President of SimStar, a leading interactive healthcare marketing agency which was acquired by Rosetta (recently acquired by Publicis), currently the country's largest independent interactive marketing agency. Earlier in his career, Rebak spent 10 years in various commercial roles for Pfizer, Schering-Plough, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, including marketing roles on Claritin, one of the most successful DTC-driven brands in pharmaceutical industry history. Rebak holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago GSB and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
Chris Neuner, Executive Vice President, Product and Marketing
Neuner has 15 years’ experience innovating in the interactive marketing and media space. He brings to QualityHealth a proven track record in partnering with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies such as Eli Lilly, Novartis, Genentech, and Medtronic. In 2000, Neuner founded Greater Than One and led the company to become a leading full-service digital agency and one of the largest privately-held firms focused on the health industry. Earlier, he served on the executive team of Interactive8, helping to grow its client base and complete its IPO as Luminant Worldwide, and also started an interactive marketing division at BBDO. Neuner graduated from the University of South Carolina.
Chris Mancini, Executive Vice President, General Manager
Mancini brings a deep background in pay-for-performance online marketing operations and management. He joined QualityHealth after more than 10 years at QuinStreet, a leader in vertical online media and marketing that successfully went public after numerous consecutive years of rapid and profitable growth. At QuinStreet, as SVP and GM, he was in charge of launching the company into multiple new industry verticals, including the healthcare vertical most recently. He held full P&L ownership for these new business units and was responsible for strategizing, staffing, general management, selling, and evolving all aspects of the businesses for the company. His diverse performance marketing background also includes the formation of numerous strategic industry partnerships. Prior to QuinStreet, Mancini worked for Eli Lilly and Company in various sales and marketing roles. Mancini received a B.S. in Pharmacy from Duquesne University.
Clifford A. Farren, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Having spent nearly 25 years in Information Services, Market Research, Direct Marketing, and Media, Farren brings a broad range of financial, operational, and legal experiences from Fortune 500 companies to early stage ventures. Farren joined QualityHealth after having served as CFO of PlaydayTV, a media company focused on interactive television channels. Farren previously served as CFO and COO for TargetRx, Inc., a pharmaceutical sales and marketing effectiveness company. Prior to TargetRx, Farren was CFO of Synavant, Inc., a pharmaceutical sales force automation and marketing services company which was acquired by Dendrite International in 2003. Earlier in his career, Farren spent 15 years in various financial roles at Dun & Bradstreet including roles at the IMS Health, A.C. Nielsen, and Donnelly Marketing divisions. Farren holds a B.B.A. in Finance from St. Bonaventure University.
Malcolm Smith, Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer
Prior to joining QualityHealth, Smith served for several years as CTO of Ripple6, a social networking platform company. After joining Ripple6 to build out the public launch of the platform, he led the technology and product teams through a successful acquisition by Gannett Company, Inc. Over more than 25 years in Information Technology, he served in CTO, senior technology management, and product development roles at large financial services institutions, start-up e-commerce ventures, and business services firms. He also spent several years at Microsoft as the Lead Program Manager for Outlook and Microsoft Office, with a focus on email protocols, security, and cryptography. Smith received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Denise Esakoff, Senior Vice President, Program Performance
Esakoff has over 20 years of cross-industry experience covering marketing analytics, market research, and product management. Prior to joining QualityHealth, Esakoff held various brand marketing positions at both Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline, leading teams focused on consumer, professional, and digital marketing to launch game-changing marketing strategies and tactics. Esakoff spent several years in marketing analytics with Health Products Research, Inc., a division of inVentiv Health, where she served pharmaceutical clients to develop marketing strategy and optimize tactical promotion performance. Esakoff previously held several positions in AT&T's Marketing Sciences group supporting consumer marketing. She focused on new product forecasting, marketing segmentation studies, response modeling, and market research—all designed to understand and leverage the key drivers of purchase and customer attrition in the rapidly evolving world of telecom, Internet, and wireless communications. Esakoff holds a M.A. in Economics from Rutgers University, and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College.
Louis Sanquini, Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Sanquini has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. He joined QualityHealth as Vice President of Marketing Innovation, where he was responsible for the launch of innovative new products and services including QualityConversations, Ask Your Doctor Mobile, and HCP Alignment. Previously, Sanquini spent 18 years in Sales and Marketing for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Meda Pharmaceuticals. Over a span of more than 10 award-winning years with GSK in field sales, sales management, managed care, and PBM national accounts, he launched 11 brands. Sanquini later held several marketing positions of increasing responsibility including Associate Product Manager, DTC Director, and Group Director. As a marketer, he successfully launched five brands. His experience also includes market research, strategic planning, and the production of five consumer campaigns with TV, radio, print, websites, relationship marketing, and various online media. Sanquini graduated with a B.S. from West Chester University.
